Diffuser Oil Recipes for Valentines Day Fun
This Valentine week have some fun with essential oils. It is so easy to put a few drops in a diffuser or make a room sprays to make a room smell inviting, warm and cozy. Here are some popular "Valentine" fragrance blends using essential oils.

Instructions
Between 3 to 5 drops of an essential oil are recommended to use in a diffuser with a 100ml water capacity. For the recipes above a diffuser should have a water capacity of at least 200ml.
Your Diffuser
Remember to fill up the tank—because a diffuser relies on water to help create a nice smelling mist. Routinely top it up with water. Most diffusers have clearly marked fill lines to indicate how much water to use. Avoid regular tap water in areas with high mineral content because it can cause mineral buildup inside the diffuser, compromising its ability to work properly over time. The best bet is to use filtered water in a diffuser when available.
Cautions
Adding too many drops of essential oils to a diffuser can lead to headaches and dizziness. Do not "over -drop."
Pregnant women and people who have hormone-related medical conditions such as diabetes should talk to their doctors before using essential oils topically or with a diffuser.
