How to Return a Product

Products can be returned to Body Best within 14 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund (less shipping charges).

For obvious health reasons Body Best does not accept returns on:

  • liquids, lotions, gels, oils and creams
  • opened boxes of gloves
  • opened boxes of masks
  • face shields,
  • opened pillows
  • PPE (personal protective equipment) or related items
  • alcohol
  • essential oils 
  • disinfectants
  • wipes, 
  • Pails 20kg or greater
  • spray products
  • samples
  • gift cards 
  • sale, final sale or liquidation products.

Return Goods Authorization Form

  • Photos of your damaged product and in the original packaging will speed up this process.

  • Please use the file upload field to send a photo of your products in the damaged parcel for immediate reshipment consideration.

  • You will receive your Return Goods Authorization Form number via email from orders@bodybest.com

Once you have your RGA number,

  • Please write the RGA number clearly on the outside of the package to be returned.

  • Please include a copy of the invoice inside the returning box.

Return Policy

Body Best has a 100% Customer Satisfaction Goal. We strive to ensure all shipments are sent to you in perfect condition. From time to time this goal is not met. If there is any issue with your order, kindly give us the opportunity to resolve it.

Non-Returnables

Please note products are perishable, subject to temperature, storage conditions and or are sanitary items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. No exceptions.

Damaged in Shipping

Regardless of where you live, if your order arrived damaged during the shipping process, please provide photos, so we can assess and rectify the situation ASAP!

You ordered the wrong item!

We all make mistakes. Products (other than non-returnables items listed above) can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment for full refund. Shipping charges not included. Products must be intact and in original package.

You just don’t want it! (subjective return) 

All subjective returns can be returned unused within 14 days. Subjective returns (where there has been no mistake on the part of KYBB) may be assessed a 20% restocking fee, or a minimum of $15, whichever is greater.

Defective Products

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the product for replacement or full refund, whichever you would prefer.

Quality-Related Issues “Defective Manufacturers Goods”

Defective products will be exchanged/replaced immediately for the same product or Know Your Body Best will help you make a claim to the manufacturer on your behalf.

Our in house and supplier retained samples will serve as the benchmark for quality-related issues. In other words, if the retained samples have no quality issues, no returns will be considered.

Know Your Body Best reserves the right to refuse any return if the product(s) has (have) been

  • Removed from the original packaging.
  • Appears to be soiled, worn or used in any way.
  • Arrives in our office without a returned goods authorization number.

Restocking Fees

Know Your Body Best reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of not more than 20%.

Notes about Oils, Lotions, Gels

Transporters do not heat trucks during winter, nor refrigerate them in summer. This will not harm the integrity of the product. Simply leave the product at room temperature for 24 to 48 hours before opening.

 Occasionally, stirring the product before use will be required to regain its consistency.

Body Best Description, Picking or Shipping Errors

If an error has been made by us. We sent you the wrong product, we forgot to send you something, or the product you received was not as described online, we will gladly pay for the re-shipment of your goods. Our liability is limited to your original cost of goods, or replacement of goods , as well as all shipping costs.

All errors, arising from misinformation entered online by you (wrong address, etc) will be the sole responsibility of the customer and as a result, are accountable for return freight.

Please take care when entering your address online.

Refunds

Refunds or Credit Notes are made payable by the method of original purchase to you. However, if the original invoice payment was paid with cash, a Know Your Body Best a cheque will be forwarded. Credit notes are issued with your approval. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refudn to be processed.Your refund may take up to 8-10 business days for your financial institution before a refund appears on your statement. Refunds will be processed Mondays to Fridays 9 am to 4:00pm. We regret we are unable to process a refund on the weekends, in-house or online.

Refunds on Shipping Costs

We do not offer frieght refunds for subjective returns. 

Price Commitment

Body Best updates our website on a daily basis. Due to fluctuating currencies, our price commitment is limited to the date on which the order was placed. At all times, prices are effective on the date of your order.

 If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason simply return it for an exchange or credit. No questions asked. Clearance and Sale items are final sale and are nonreturnable.

Body Best Warranty

Unless otherwise specified, all of our products have a 1 Year Warranty against manufacturer’s defects. Body Best reserves the right to repair or replace the product. Warranties are null and void in cases where products were used outside of the intended uses set out in their respective user guides or instructions.
