ORDERS
Generally, orders are shipped within 24 hours.
We are usually able to ship the same business day for orders placed before 11am.
Please note, our warehouse is closed on Canadian Statutory Holidays. Shipping will happen the next business day.
If your order may be delayed due to an out of stock item, we will contact you.

We are unable to add to or alter an online order where payment has been processed.
Please feel free to place a second order.

RETURNS REFUNDS DAMAGES

- If by chance your order arrived damaged in shipment, photos of your damaged product and in the original packaging will speed up this process.
