Rock n Roll

I’m a MT who has been buying these in bulk for past 8 yrs. I use mostly on clients who are experiencing swelling &/or pain, as well as for stability concerns (often in knees & ankles). Tape can be used for a multitude of symptoms & is somewhat long-lasting (5-10 seats can stay on). I’ve taught some clients how to use so that they can continue to apply themselves aka self care. I strongly recommend taking a course or two first and then be creative & apply, apply, apply. It works! I use on myself too…for lumbar support when my back is fatigued.
