These are great, but as mentioned not for under the shoulder. Too big. Great size for under knees, ankle etc. as mentioned. Math is weird for two pillows its $19.99, but for one its $9.99 - which means its a penny more if you buy the two pack. Hmmm.

Size and quality are great.
