• The Tri-Core® Cervical Support Pillow helps treat a variety of conditions affecting the neck and shoulders.
• Back sleeping: a firm cervical roll supports the neck while a shaped centre gently cradles the head for better sleep.
• Side sleeping: raised side areas help keep the head level for proper alignment of the spine.

How to use

• This pillows help restore the natural curve of the neck. The two firm cervical rolls provide different support options.
• Use the larger neck roll for maximum support.
• Use the smaller neck roll if you are in the adjustment phase or if you prefer slightly less support.
• The gentle option provides moderate to firm support, while the standard pillow provides very firm support.
• Choose the “Gentle” version if you are new to sleeping on cervical support pillows, or prefer gentle support.

Hand Washing and Drying Instructions

• Soak in warm water using mild detergent
• Continue to press or flush water through until clean.
• Press out any excess water.
• Rinse in clear water removing detergent and soil.
• Press out excess water and drip dry flat. Do not hang or filling will settle.
• Re-fluff when thoroughly dry (punching on diagonals)
