Cold Therapy Instructions

1. Place the sleeve inside the supplied storage bag.
2. Freeze for a minimum of 2 hours.
3. Remove from the bag and apply to the desired treatment area.
4. The sleeve may be stored in the freezer until needed.
5. Remove the sleeve before defrosting the freezer.

Heat Therapy Instructions

1. Remove the sleeve from the storage bag.
2. Microwave for 30 seconds.
3. Test the temperature before use.
4. If additional warmth is needed, heat in 10-second intervals.
5. Do not exceed a total heating time of 60 seconds.

Care Instructions

• Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
• Lay flat to air dry.
• Do not machine wash.
• Do not bleach.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Do not iron.
• Do not dry clean.
