Anti-Flamme Extra contains 50% more Arnica oil than Anti-Flamme Everyday for greater effectiveness! The difference with EXTRA is the germicidal attributes of eucalyptus oil. The warming properties of clove oil and 50% more arnica.
This arnica enhanced cream is stronger, naturally. If you are an extra active person, we suggest you reach for the EXTRA.

Immediately I noticed that this product had far less of a scent than the other analgesics I have tried. It is also more Arnica-forward, but not in a bad way. Eucalyptus notes are present, but not overly strong. The product is creamy white, slightly yellow and buttery. It might be good for massage. Because there is no menthol, it is not as noticeably fast-acting as some of the others. No sudden onset of cold tingles. Ten minutes after application it feels active and well absorbed. I wasn't 100% sure if it felt hot or cold, but I think it felt hot overall. It was effective for about 90 minutes before it started to wear off. It leaves a touch of oily residue, but is not sticky or greasy feeling. Once it had stopped being active I opted to wash it off.
