Chattanooga HotPacs provide moist penetrating heat therapy for use with your Chattanooga Hydrocollator Heating Unit. Deep penetrating moist heat therapy is recognized as a treatment for arthritis, pain relief, muscle stiffness, muscle spasm, and improves blood flow.
It takes about 20 minutes for the HotPacs to reach the correct temperature, and when they are ready for use, simply remove with tongs, wrap up and apply.
The HotPacs are reusable and maintain heat for up to 30 minutes making this an economical, cost-effective treatment solution for your practice. When not in use, the HotPacs remain in the unit until treatment is ready.
Chattanooga has been producing this all natural pack for 70 years making this the industry standard for Hydrocollator Heat Therapy. The packs contain bentonite, a natural hydrocolloid filling and are wrapped in a woven cotton blend.
Simply submerge the packs inside the Chattanooga Hydrocollator's tank for at least 20 minutes. Many of the packs have brown tabs to help identify easy rotation for your busy clinic.
