The foam in Body Cushion Rectangular Adjusters is less dense than in their Adjustable Large Wedges.

The Rectangular Adjusters provide increased lumbar support and spinal decompression when prone and an added elevation of the head end of the chest support when Large Wedges are used in the prone position.

They bring a deeper abdominal recess (on top of Large Wedges) for prone pregnancy positioning. 

And they create “filler” for the abdominal recess when a smaller individual with smaller rib cage is supine. Support under the sacrum or hips is increased when the patient is supine.
