Applied to my wrist, I can easily smell the product when I hold my hand out at arm's length. It has a sweeter, peppermint candy aroma, and I don't smell eucalyptus with this product. Think Vicks Inhaler. For me the numbing effect began to wear off after 90 minutes. To be honest, I wanted to either reapply more gel or wash it off because of the strong scent.
